Terms & Conditions 

By registering for the 2025 Oman Kite Surfing Festival, you agree to the following:

• Eligibility: Participants must be at least 16 years old (or have guardian approval if under 18). All participants must be competent swimmers and kite surfers.
• Risks: You understand that kite surfing is a high-risk water sport and accept all risks of injury, equipment loss, or damage.
• Safety: Approved safety gear (helmet, flotation device, impact vest) must be worn at all times. Personal equipment must be in good condition.
• Insurance: You are responsible for your own accident and water sports insurance.
• Behavior: You agree to follow all safety instructions and event rules. Disruptive, reckless, or unsafe behavior will result in removal without refund.
• Changes: The Organizer may alter, postpone, or cancel the Event for safety, operational, or Force Majeure reasons. Refunds apply only if the entire event is
• Data Use: You consent to the Organizer using your name, image, and event results for promotional purposes.
• Responsibility: Participation is at your own risk. The Organizer is not responsible for personal loss, injury, or damage unless caused by proven negligence.
