Safety Disclaimer

By participating in any event within the Oman Kite Surfing Festival 2025, all participants agree to the following terms:

1. Assumption of Risk:

Kite surfing and related activities involve inherent risks, including but not limited to, strong winds, waves, equipment failure, collisions, and changing weather conditions. By entering the festival, participants voluntarily assume all risks associated with their participation.

2. Participant Responsibility:

Each participant is responsible for ensuring that their equipment is safe and properly maintained. Participants must have the necessary skill, fitness level, and experience to safely engage in kite surfing activities.

3. Mandatory Safety Gear:

It is mandatory for all participants to wear appropriate safety equipment, including certified harnesses, helmets, life jackets, and impact vests. Failure to comply may result in disqualification or removal from the event area.

4. Compliance with Instructions:

Participants must follow all instructions and safety guidelines provided by event organizers, marshals, safety personnel, and referees at all times. Non-compliance may result in disqualification without refund.

5. Weather Conditions:

The event organizers reserve the right to postpone, modify, or cancel any activities in the event of adverse weather conditions, or any situation that may pose a risk to participants and spectators.
